Welcome to the Blacksburg Interfaith Food Pantry!
We are glad you are here. Our mission is to provide food assistance to those in need in the greater Blacksburg and McCoy areas of Montgomery County, thanks to the generosity of our community.
Who We Are
We are a non-profit organization staffed by volunteers from over 25 faith-based communities, local organizations, and dedicated individuals. We rely solely on food and monetary donations -100% of which go directly to serving our customers.
How We Operate
Our service area includes the greater Blacksburg and McCoy regions.
We are open four days a week: Monday and Tuesday from 4:00–5:30 pm, and Wednesday and Thursday from 10:00–11:30 am.
Our team includes a Director, Board, and over 200 volunteers who help stock shelves, package food, pick up orders, collaborate with the New River Glean Team, and keep the Pantry running smoothly.
Each month, we serve an average of 375 households, reaching over 1,100 individuals.
