Help Us Feed Our Neighbors

The Blacksburg Interfaith Food Pantry (BIFP) relies on food donations from the community to keep our shelves full and our families nourished. Every item you give—whether it’s canned goods, fresh produce, or pantry staples—goes directly to our clients. With 100% of donated food distributed to those in need, your contribution makes an immediate difference. Together, we can make sure no one in our community goes hungry.

The Pantry also relies on donations from the NRV Glean Team, Hunters for the Hungry, Food Lion, Kroger, as well as other businesses in our area. We are grateful for their support in providing fresh produce, bread and bake goods, as well as additional protein such as venison.

Donating Food

Donations may be deposited outside our garage door in the designated bins 24/7 or delivered to our pantry at 706 Harding Avenue, Blacksburg during the following times:

  •  Mondays & Tuesdays: 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm

  • Wednesdays & Thursdays: 10:00 am – 11:30 am

If you have a large donation such as a food drive, a drop-off time can be arranged.

“I am disabled and an activist.  I wanted to mention that the Blacksburg Interfaith Food Pantry is now famous in the area for providing nutritious and abundant food for Blacksburg. I think a lot of other people are hoping that you can expand to open a similar pantry that serves the wider Montgomery County, and eventually SWVA. You are doing an outstanding job, and it is noticed. Thank you.”
